Bixby Analytics ("we," "us") provides energy market intelligence and advisory services. This policy explains what we collect through bixbyanalytics.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover VERGIS, our software product, which operates under its own terms and privacy practices at vergis.ai.
Information you provide. When you start a conversation, request a benchmark, join the VERGIS waitlist, or subscribe to a newsletter, we collect what you submit: your name, work email, firm, market, and any project details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. We collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, referring links, browser and device type, and approximate location from your IP address, through standard analytics and server logs.
Cookies. We use a small number of cookies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, deliver the benchmarks and newsletters you request, operate and improve the site, and tell you about our services. We do not sell your personal information.

VERGIS is operated separately at vergis.ai under its own privacy practices. If you join the VERGIS waitlist through this site, we share your email with the VERGIS team for that purpose.
